Spiralized Veggie Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Red bell peppers have the most vitamin C out there compared to any other fruit.  This recipe also has an added bonus of 2 more immunity boosting ingredients - garlic and ginger!


Although 11g of protein is a good start, feel free to add some chicken, tofu or any other protein you enjoy to give it an added boost. We need protein to help repair our muscles and other bodily tissues.  Are you eating enough protein?
