Rapid Weight Loss Program

New year, new you right?

You've spent the last year or several years being complacent about your health (yes, even during the pandemic - we all have to some extent), but now that it's the new year and you're ready for change you want that change now?

"Lose weight quick!", they shout at you.

"I still eat the foods I love.", they say pulling out some super processed candy bar the size of a quarter.

"Just one pill before bed and . . ." they promise you overnight results.

"These protein shakes taste great!", they declare hoping you'll latch on to the quick fix.

New year, new you. What's wrong with you?

Nothing (most likely heh heh), but the health and fitness industry wants to create this sense of urgency so that you will continue to spend money on programs that pretty much set you up for failure. These programs have no real accountability, not enough calories, food restrictions, hours in the gym, cardio (bleh!) and false hopes of being back in your 20 something year old body.

Let it go.

Let it go.

The body you are in now is what you got to work with now so let's learn what that body likes and what that body needs to feel good on the inside and outside. Let's give that body everything it desires to function physically, emotionally and mentally. That's right, nutrition and fitness don't just play a role in our physical health but in our emotional and mental health as well. I like to think of each one as a gateway to the other and everyone has their way of accessing them. Sometimes satisfying the physical aspect will allow you to deal with the emotional and mental stressors more easily and then other times, addressing the emotional component will open yourself up to putting in that good workout and having a more positive outlook on things.

When you're stressed and you eat shit food, it makes it worse. It makes it worse on your physical state and your emotional and mental state as well.

When you're stressed and you drink a bottle of wine every night, it makes it worse. It makes it worse on your physical state and your emotional and mental state as well.

When you're stressed and you suck down a cigarette or two or three, it makes it worse. It makes it worse on your physical state and your emotional and mental state as well.

When you're stressed and you try to numb instead, it makes it worse. It makes it worse on your physical state and your emotional and mental state as well.

If you are in a place you don't want to be right now with your health, then it's because you showed up everyday and chose not to care that day . . . and the day after that . . . and the day after that. If today is day one and you want to make that change, you are going to need to show up for more than a 3 day detox, you are going to need to show up for more than a 6 week challenge, you are going to need to show up for much longer than you probably think.

If today is day one and you want to make a change, you'll need to show up today, you'll need to show up tomorrow . . . you'll need to show up for the rest of your life. That is health.

Sign up for my Guidance Plan. I will give you the resources you need to keep showing up and I will be there with you every step of the way. Every 12 week program can be continued with a monthly membership to keep the momentum we've built going until you are ready to do it on your own.

I will not let you fail.
