About Rowena Dziubla
Experienced Construction Industry Professional
Rowena Dziubla, or “Ro” to those who know her, is not your everyday construction recruiter or business coach. With an Associates Degree in Engineering Science and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, she knows what it takes to work in the field she coaches. She brings more than two decades of experience in Project Management, Estimating and Project Coordination to the table.

Ro owns and operates WODeration, a small business coaching company focused on finding solutions for companies and individuals in the architectural, engineering, and construction industries.
​
Her work also as a CrossFit owner may seem like a departure from the construction industry, but as anyone who has met her will tell you, Ro focuses on the whole person. After surviving a battle with fibrosarcoma which claimed her left kidney, spleen, and a part of her pancreas, Ro realized the massive impact communities like CrossFit have on the health of individuals. This put her on the path to eventually own Get Fit EGV, where she inspires members through her work as a head coach and trainer.

She is a firm believer in community, diversity, and authenticity on both the professional and personal levels of any endeavor.
